My journey into Massage Therapy began while I was an Early Childhood Educator. Stressed and disconnected, I was searching for a sense of balance. Taking a leap of faith, I changed careers, and slowly discovered a sense of peace.

This peace is what I would like to share with you. A chance to slow down, release tension and pain, connect to your breath, and increase mindfulness.
